1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or "User") and AI Model Learn ("AI Model Learn", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the AI Model Learn website, applications, content and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

2. The Service

AI Model Learn is an online platform that provides educational content, articles, tutorials, model showcases, community discussions and related learning resources about artificial intelligence and related technologies. Features may include browsing and reading posts, publishing community content, commenting, liking, following topics, maintaining a public profile, and using AI-assisted tools where offered.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account creation and authentication may be handled through third-party identity providers such as Google or LinkedIn. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, outdated or misleading information.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any text, posts, comments, images, links, profile information or other materials you submit, post or display on or through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant AI Model Learn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, publicly display and distribute that User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, improving and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for User Content. We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, remove or disable access to any User Content at our discretion, including content we believe violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purpose;
• post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or that promotes violence or illegal activity;
• infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of third parties;
• upload viruses, malware or any code designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• attempt to probe, scan, breach or circumvent the security or authentication measures of the Service;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access, harvest or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent;
• send spam, chain letters or unsolicited promotional material;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. AI-Assisted Features

Parts of the Service may use artificial intelligence to generate, summarize, translate or recommend content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or otherwise unreliable, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on or acting upon it.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information that is not necessary for your use of the Service. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and all other materials (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to AI Model Learn and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites, products or services (for example, authentication providers, hosting and database providers, and analytics tools). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. Account and profile data (such as your name, email address, profile image and content you publish) may be stored and processed using third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute resolution) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any content (including AI-generated content and User Content) is accurate, complete or reliable.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI LEARNING HUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AI Model Learn and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Model Learn regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
